01 Operating Entity & Professional Capacity

The engineering consulting services offered on iamzeeshan.in are operated by Zeeshan Khan, an independent Senior Software Developer and IoT Systems Engineer based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. All engineering contracts, deliverables, and consulting services are delivered either directly through bilateral Statement of Work (SOW) agreements or securely escrowed through verified enterprise freelance marketplaces including Upwork.

02 Scope of Engineering Services

Services provided encompass specialized systems engineering and software architecture, specifically:

• Desktop Software Engineering: High-performance C# .NET 8 / .NET Framework desktop applications using WPF, WinForms, and MVVM architecture.
• AI Machine Vision & Inspection: Industrial camera integration (Basler, GigE, USB3 Vision), OpenCV image processing, and custom defect detection models.
• Industrial IoT & Hardware Telemetry: Microcontroller firmware (ESP32, STM32), Modbus RTU/TCP, OPC UA, MQTT, and sensor bus communication protocols.
• PLC & Error-Proofing Systems: Poka-Yoke interlock logic, SCADA telemetry aggregators, and manufacturing test benches.

03 Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Full Client Ownership: Upon completion of milestones and receipt of final payment, 100% of all custom source code, binaries, configuration files, and technical documentation developed for the client are irrevocably assigned and transferred to the client. The client retains full copyright and intellectual property rights.

Open-source libraries or third-party SDKs used in development remain governed by their respective standard licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD).

04 Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

Industrial systems often involve sensitive intellectual property, proprietary manufacturing lines, CAD blueprints, and telemetry logs. I commit to strict non-disclosure obligations:

• Mutual NDAs are welcomed and signed before discussing proprietary project architecture.
• Client source code, proprietary algorithms, and internal dataset samples are never shared with third parties or publicly published.
• Portfolio demonstrations use synthetic data or generalized architectural mockups with explicit client permission.

05 Quality Warranty & Milestone Acceptance

Every project milestone undergoes formal verification and acceptance testing:

• 30-Day Bug-Fix Guarantee: All deliverables include a 30-day post-delivery warranty covering any defects or bugs deviating from agreed functional specifications.
• Reproducible Builds: All code is delivered with clean compilation scripts, dependency manifests, and architectural deployment notes.

06 Payment, Invoicing & Escrow Security

07 Governing Jurisdiction & Inquiries
